Our small troupe performed a medley of Shakespeare monologues and duologues, both comedic and tragic. Led by Chris Stollery, the team covered Richard III, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hamlet, McBeth, Richard III, Romeo and Juliet and Henry IV.
Canberra’s version of free Shakespeare performances – Shakespeare by the Lakes – is unique in Australia. We make the bard more accessible, more fun and less risky with lovely summer evenings of quality theatre in community parks with food trucks, face-painting, laughs and live music.
